Welcome to Pasala! ("Game"), a mobile application provided by white suit studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

1. Account Creation and Use

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under 13, you must have your parent or legal guardian's consent.

Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Ownership: All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, text, code, and audio, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

User-Generated Content: If the Game allows you to create or share content ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content. You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not infringe on the rights of others.

Prohibited Content: You agree not to create or share User Content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringing on the rights of others.

3. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

In-App Purchases: The Game may offer in-app purchases for virtual items or currency. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Virtual Items: Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue virtual items at any time.

Pricing: We reserve the right to change the prices of in-app purchases at any time.

4. Code of Conduct

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE GAME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE GAME.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Game or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the Game or by other means. Your continued use of the Game after the changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
